Very fitting for the time of year, but it’s also very fitting for my favourite pastime. Cold water swimming. I often wonder why some swimmers are so fixated on the temperature of the water during the colder months as the word is enough - yeah COLD. Perhaps it’s the ego slipping in, the bravado, the ‘look what I’ve done’.
